Hospital Affiliate Sites

Clinical practicum provides the student with the opportunity to apply the principles of anesthesia to direct patient care. Students provide supervised care in a variety of settings. Students use advanced anesthetic techniques to challenge specialty rotations. The student's clinical education includes rotations through a major urban medical center, community hospital, rural hospital and assigned rotations in respiratory therapy, neurosurgery,cardiac surgery, opthalmology, pediatrics, and obstetrics. Students do not rotate through all hospitals but participate in the selection of which sites they will be assigned.
