Q. How
do I get a transcript?

I need my I.D.?
A. Yes,
please have your Saint Mary’s I.D. with you each time you want to make
a transaction at Student Services.
Q. Why
didn’t I get my paycheck?
A. If
working on campus please have all payroll forms filled out prior to starting
work in order to receive your paycheck. (I-9, W-4, and work contract) Time
slips must also be signed and turned in by your supervisor according to
the pay schedule.
Q. What
is a registration deposit?
A. The
$500 fee due March 15th is a registration deposit. This is non-refundable.
Q. Where
can I get a money order?
A. Money
orders are available at Student Services. They are to be paid with cash
and are available the following day after 8:30 a.m. The cost is $.75 each.
Q. What
does the technology fee cover and who has to pay it?
A. The
technology fee is billed once per year to each student regardless if the
student is attending Saint Mary’s one semester or two. This fee helps to
cover a portion of the University’s technology expense throughout campus.
