| Notes
about the Data
1.
Excel spreadsheets have been utilized to provide a better/bigger
picture of some data. Often these spreadsheets contain multiple
sheets of information. The lower left hand corner of the spreadsheet
will show the additional sheet titles. The extra sheets can be
viewed by simply clicking on the title tabs.
2.
Many of the documents have been stored in a portable document
format (pdf) and can only be viewed if Adobe Acrobat Reader has
been installed on your computer.
3.
In some cases the portable document format (pdf) files
are rather large and may take a bit of time to appear on the screen.
4.
Assessment reports for Academic departments, prior to 2003-04,
were included at the end of the annual reports. In 2003-04, the
assessment reports became separate reports.
5.
Word documents and Excel spreadsheets will not open automatically,
but instead will offer the option to open, save or cancel. Selecting
open will allow the document to appear on screen immediately.
6.
Please refrain from saving any documents from the online
Resource Center
to your computer, as many documents are
of a sensitive nature. Also, the online Resource
Center
presents documents in a read only fashion preventing accidental
changes from being saved.
7.
Hyperlinks have been utilized in some documents to offer
an easy transition between documents. Be aware blue wording indicates
a hyperlinked document. Simply double clicking will open the hyperlink
to the new document.
