Goals

1. Saint Mary’s University will explore its distinctive characteristics, develop definitive clarity about its unique identity, and make it recognized and understood by all.

2. Saint Mary’s University will devise means to imprint its unique identity clearly on all its work and services, and to instill that identity in faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.

2.3 In consultation with other administrative units of the university, develop and maintain educational programs for students that offer knowledge about and opportunities to instantiate the mission of the university.  Operational Initiatives/Timeline

3. The University will foster opportunities for learners to develop skills of leadership and service. (Good leaders are educated. They have a disposition toward service. They are ethical.)
