Operational Planning & Evaluation

Members of the President’s Cabinet, with input from individuals within their administrative areas, have developed operational plans in support of the current strategic plan. These plans are based on management goals, and include objectives, specific operational initiatives, and time lines. This web page is intended to house current operational plans and archive plans as they are implemented, evaluated and updated.

The web page is organized by the administrative area. University vice presidents have plans for our specific areas. Each goal has a link to its related objective, operational initiative and time line. Progress on achieving the listed goals is updated twice a year.  The connection to a strategic theme(s) from the current strategic plan is indicated on the objective level.
