Strategic Planning Steering Committee

Role:

The Strategic Planning Steering Committee facilitates the active participation of the entire Saint Mary’s University community, both internal and external stakeholders, in the planning process. The committee structures and organizes the various planning tasks and events that take place over the planning period, including the establishment of adhoc committees and groups that will carry out specific planning tasks. The Steering Committee will monitor and direct the ongoing process including the initial drafting of a Strategic Planning Report. During the entire planning process, individual members of the Steering Committee will assume a leadership role in engaging various constituents in the ongoing planning process.
