A National Honor Organization for Psychology Majors Psi Chi , the National Honor Society in Psychology, was founded in 1929 for the purpose of engaging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. Saint Mary’s Psi Chi began in 1969. |
| Psi Chi at Saint Mary's University is the local chapter of the national honor society in psychology. Outstanding academic performance in psychology is recognized by induction into this organization. Psi Chi activities include organization of the fall and spring psychology symposia, sponsoring presentations, sponsoring a graduate school panel, and organizing trips to speakers outside of Winona. |
