Office of Residence Life

The Office of Residence Life is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the
Saint Mary's University of Minnesota residence halls. The residence hall system is comprised of twelve undergraduate facilities and two apartment complexes.
The Office of Residence Life employs over 45 professional and paraprofessional staff who play a key role in helping to shape the lives of the over 1,000 students living on campus, by exposing them to a variety of programs and experiences, while at the same time, maintaining appropriate community standards for on-campus living.

The primary focus of the residence life program is to create an environment that supports the educational mission of the university, by providing students with out-of-class opportunities to participate in social, cultural, recreational, academic and community service programs.
