Undergraduate Online Housing Pre-registration Instructions:

1. Log into Webtools and select Housing Registration.

2. Verify your course registration, deposit and hold status. Please note the date and time you< will be allowed to register and your HOUSING KEY. Your Housing Key is not the same as your Registration PIN.

3. Decide where you want to live and who your potential roommates will be. Please have several different options ready. You and your potential roommates will need to decide who will register your group-ideally, this is the person with the earliest time. You must fill the entire room. You cannot sign up half a room or apartment.

4. If you are going to be the person registering your group, get the HOUSING KEYS and WEBTOOLS ID of each of your potential roommates. You will need their Webtools ID and their Housing Key to verify that your roommates have authorized you to register them in your group.

5. If someone in your group has a hold on their record, the entire group will not be allowed to register for their room. Make sure all holds are cleared prior to housing registration.

6. If you plan on living in Chemical Free Housing, you must have already applied through the Residence Life Office in order to sign-up for this option through online registration.
