Completed in 1989 and is located near Gilmore Creek. It houses 54 co-ed sophomores. The living areas feature double-room suites with a connecting bathroom. The hall is carpeted and air-conditioned throughout. There are two study rooms, two large lounges, fireplace, small kitchen, vending area, computer room, storage area, and laundry room.
