Built in 1898. The building was purchased by the Christian Brothers in 1950 and was remodeled at that time. Currently, the art department uses portions of the hall. The center section is a three-story residence hall remodeled in the summer of 1998 for 62 sophomore men and women in carpeted single and double rooms. Each room is equipped with a sink. The hall has one large TV lounge, one kitchen, and a computer lab area for student use. The hall is co-ed by floor
