Pines Hall was completed for the 1995-1996 school year. It houses 40 co-ed upper-class students in air conditioned double rooms with private bathrooms. It is a residence hall which includes a community computer room and lounges. To live in Pines, you must be of junior or senior status or at least 21 years of age.
