Individual Dramatists William Shakespeare is very well represented on the WWW, one of the best Shakespeare sites being the Shakespeare Website, maintained by the Massachusettes Institute of Technology. Yahoo is probably the best source of biographical information for many playwrights, from Aeschylus to Tennessee Williams.
