Editor & Publisher This site is the online version of Editor & Publisher Magazine. It is a source of current news, but it is also a media directory. "MediaInfo Links the Online Media Directory" includes listings of newspapers, magazines, and broadcast sites. http://www.mediainfo.com
FAIR: Fairness and accuracy in reporting. "FAIR, the national media watch organization, has been offering well-documented criticism of media bias and censorship since 1986." Search the archives of FAIRs publications. http://www.fair.org
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) An independent government agency, the FCC develops and implements policy regarding interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable." Media Literacy Online Project MLOP is a project of the University of Oregon College of Educations Center for Advanced Technology in Education. The project produces Media Literacy Review, a biannual online publication on the influence of media on children and adolescents. National Press Club The National Press Club site contains information for its members, but its "Library & Research" section has a valuable directory. The News Film Library The University of South Carolina was selected by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation to receive its archive of Fox Movietone Newsreels.
