Biographies need not be of "famous" people, but a reasonable amount of biographical data should be supplied (names and dates alone are not sufficient). Please refer to the biographies already online for guidelines. The specific format and content is flexible. The database is intended for persons born with the name O'Shea / Shea / Shee, or its variants. Married women will be listed with the maiden name followed by the married name in parentheses, or hyphenated as appropriate. For example:

Where applicable, hyphenated forms of the name will be included in the proper alphabetical order, provided that the patrilineal line is [O']Shea:
