A typical Inbox index page without message listings...
To create a Rule, click the
button.
A screen similar to below appears:

The buttons from top to bottom are "Edit", "Add", "Delete", "Move Up", and "Move
Down". These are the access buttons to the task desired.
Click "Add" to begin a 'new" Rule.
Highlight a Rule name and click "Edit" to change or modify an existing rule.
Click "Delete" to remove a highlighted rule from the listing.
For purposes of this tutorial assumption is you have no rules setup.
To begin, login to WebMail
Click the "Rules" Button.
Click the "Add" button, the
following comes up:

Type in a "Rule" name so you know what the rule is designed to do, i.e.,
redirect to personal email. Note: Rule Active box must be checked for rule to be
enforced.
At this point the Rule is listed but does not do anything, an action must be selected. This action is located in "Rule Actions:". Click the "Add" button. The screen below appears:
Click the circle next to "Redirect to:
Type in the desired email address
Click "Save" button.
Click "Save" button on the next screen. This is the previous screen.
Click "Save" button on the next screen. This is the first screen that came up at
the beginning.
If you do not click each save, all the work, just completed, is for naught. You
would need to start over. This finishes the process, you should be back at the
index page.
One tip:
If you do not plan to check your WebMail account from WebMail, create another
"Rule Action" to delete the message. This is done at the rule action screen of
the same rule name as the redirect.
Once saved out to the index screen, click Rules
Highlight the redirect rule name
Click "Edit"
In "Rule Actions" click "Add" button
Click the circle next to "Move to Folder:"
Selected Deleted from the list.
Click Save at each screen back out to the index page.
This Rule Action keeps the email message in your WebMail account's "Deleted"
folder for the specified time in the "Options" section. Default for newly
created accounts is 30 days. This allows you access to the emails, if necessary,
during this time but automatically removes them so the mailbox does not become
full. Please note that the duration is the date and time it is received to your
account, not the date and time it may state on the email. These can be
different.
