A typical Inbox index page without message listings...

In order to create a Rule to either auto-delete SPAM, do an Auto-reply or other message manipulations click on the button Rules.

A screen similar to below appears:

We are assuming that they have no rules setup at all. To begin have the caller Log into WebMail and click on the Rules Button. Click on the "Add" button and the following comes up:

   

One tip if the caller wishes to do an Auto-reply and delete the message after that they must setup the Rule Actions to "Reply" first and then setup another Rule Action to delete the message second.
