A handful of students have reported problems logging into Webmail and/or
Blackboard. After entering your name and password, the screen refreshes
itself, and will NEVER get past the login screen. If you are one of these
students, AND you're running Windows, we may have a solution:
Open your control panel, go to Add/Remove programs, and look
for a program called "Commonname."
Remove the program, restart your computer, and try to access
Webmail or Blackboard again.
