Julie Haddon-Cook - Head of Technical Support

Julie Haddon-Cook of the Winona MSGIS program is working for TerraGo Technologies out of Atlanta, GA. Julie heads up the Technical Support Department by providing assistance to customers on a daily basis. She is also in charge of creating and delivering all formal training materials for customers and contributes to the company website. Julie also produces all technical documentation for software products including web demonstrations, formalized course creation, online movie tutorials, help documentation, and the website FAQ section.
