Michelle Trager - GIS Planner

Michelle Trager of the Winona MSGIS program has been working for the past 5 years as the GIS Planner for Rice County in Minnesota. Michelle informs us that her duties are as follows: Coordinates, implements, develops and maintains the county's GIS including creating and managing GIS file and related procedures, as well as educating GIS users. Michelle indicates that one of her main tasks at the moment is to implement ArcSDE allowing multiple GIS users to edit data at the same time. Thanks for the update Michelle!
